1st Circ. Urged To Snuff Out Limits On Flavored Tobacco

Reynolds Tobacco Co., Philip Morris USA Inc. and seven other tobacco companies urged the First Circuit on Monday to revive their bid to block two Providence, R.I., ordinances they say unconstitutionally limit the sale and advertisement of tobacco products.
