DOJ Has Provided Enough Info In $168M Merger Row: Judge

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 5:18 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has done enough so far to respond to Bazaarvoice Inc.'s discovery requests in an antitrust suit over the company's $168.2 million purchase of a rival online product ratings platform business, a California federal judge ruled Monday.
