Robert J. Berryhill, 51, of Aurora copped to counts of wire fraud, mail fraud, aggravated identity theft and impersonating an officer of the United States before U.S. District Judge Sara Lioi, after prosecutors accused him of creating a bogus company to funnel money from construction projects for his personal use...
