Former Dodgers Owner Undervalued Team In Divorce, Ex Says

Law360, Los Angeles (April 24, 2013, 4:06 PM EDT) -- Former Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt's $181 million divorce settlement must be thrown out because financial statements he filed with the court grossly understated the team's value, his ex-wife's lawyer told a California judge at a Wednesday hearing.

Bertram H. Fields, a lawyer representing Jamie McCourt, argued that his client's ex-husband omitted at least $1.5 billion in assets on financial statements required under California's Family Code while the divorce was pending.
