Medicare Wage Adjustment Flawed, Hospitals Tell 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (April 25, 2013, 1:17 PM EDT) -- A group of Midwestern hospitals on Tuesday urged the Sixth Circuit to overturn a decision upholding wage-based adjustments for Medicare payments in their geographic areas, arguing the adjustments were based on an incorrect calculation of average wages in the regions.
