EU Antitrust Watchdog Tests Google Search Bias Settlement

Law360, New York (April 25, 2013, 12:45 PM EDT) -- Google Inc. has vowed to clearly label promoted search results and display links to competitors in order to allay Europe's antitrust concerns, while the European Commission will seek feedback on the search giant's commitments from its rivals and others, the commission said Thursday.
