HHS Revokes Approval Of 2 E-Records Systems

Law360, New York (April 25, 2013, 5:43 PM EDT) -- For the first time, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has revoked the certification of two electronic health records systems, it said Thursday, putting software developers and providers on notice that regulators are keeping a close eye on the systems, which must be certified for providers to collect major incentive payments.
