Fla. Senate Clears Dolphins Stadium Upgrade Bill

Law360, Miami (April 29, 2013, 10:11 PM ET) -- What started as a “selfish” bill seeking public funds to help the NFL's Miami Dolphins renovate their stadium emerged from the Florida Senate late Monday as a comprehensive process for the legislature to consider such requests for pro sports facilities throughout the state.
