Carter Ledyard Malpractice Suit Tossed In Appeals Court

Law360, New York (April 25, 2013, 6:40 PM ET) -- A New York appeals court on Thursday affirmed the dismissal of a suit alleging Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP botched a whistleblower case, finding a former employee of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. couldn't show he would have won the underlying case if not for the alleged negligence of Carter Ledyard.
