Law360, New York (January 09, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Texas patent-holding company Traffic Information LLC sued several manufacturers of global positioning system navigation devices on Tuesday for allegedly violating a patent for a traffic information system.
The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against Alpine Electronics of America Inc., Magellan Navigation Inc. and Sanyo North America Corp.
