UPMC Computer, Social Media Policy Violated Law, NLRB Says

Law360, Philadelphia (April 26, 2013, 3:21 PM ET) -- An administrative law judge for the National Labor Relations Board has struck down policies preventing employees at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center from using company computers and social media to promote union activity, SEIU Healthcare Pennsylvania announced Thursday.
