AT&T To Fork Over $19M To Settle Field Managers' OT Claims

Law360, San Francisco (April 26, 2013, 8:22 PM ET) -- A California federal judge indicated Friday that he will grant final approval to an $18.9 million settlement between AT&T Corp. and a class of 1,400 California field managers who say they were denied overtime pay, but ordered plaintiffs’ attorneys to first shrink awards for themselves and the named plaintiffs.
