UPMC Can't Avoid Remand In Tax Status Suit, Pittsburgh Says

Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 5:14 PM ET) -- The city of Pittsburgh on Monday hit back at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's bid to dismiss its challenge to the health care system's tax-exempt status, saying the move was a transparent attempt to avoid the federal suit being remanded to Pennsylvania state court.
