Sens. Urge DOD To Cut Duplicative Spending

John McCain, R-Ariz., and Tom Coburn, R-Okla., pressed Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel to cut wasteful spending on military programs Monday, citing a recent report that found $95 billion in annual spending on overlapping programs across the federal government.
