6th Circ. Pushed To Side With Ford In Work-From-Home Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (April 29, 2013, 4:03 PM EDT) -- The Equal Employment Advisory Council and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, on behalf of Ford Motor Co., urged the Sixth Circuit on Friday to affirm a decision rejecting the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s claim that Ford had to grant an employee time to work from home for a medical condition.
