Gawker's Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Article Can Stay Online

Law360, Los Angeles (April 29, 2013, 8:03 PM ET) -- A Florida appeals court on Monday granted Gawker Media LLC an emergency stay of a lower court's order that the website take down a 1,400-word narrative detailing Hulk Hogan's sex tape.
