USPTO Official Called 'Lazy, Blind, Stupid' In Scorching Letter

Law360, Los Angeles (April 29, 2013, 9:48 PM ET) -- A Los Angeles patent attorney reportedly sent two offensive letters to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office examiners last week, accusing one of them of being “lazy, incompetent, blind, stupid [and] worthless” for rejecting applications for a claim invention due to similar existing patents.
