3rd Circ. Expands Reach Of ADA 'Employee' Definition Test

Law360, Los Angeles (April 29, 2013, 9:47 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Monday found that the test set out by the U.S. Supreme Court to determine whether a shareholder-director of a professional corporation is an employee under the Americans with Disabilities Act also applies to business entities that are not professional corporations in actions brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
