German Court Halts Sales of Boston Scientific Stents

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 4:51 PM EDT) -- A German court Tuesday stopped Boston Scientific Corp. from marketing or selling in Germany several categories of drug-eluting stents, finding that the devices infringe one of two patents asserted in a suit brought by the German unit of medical device manufacturer OrbusNeich Co. Ltd.
