EU Court Blocks Regulator From Releasing Drug Trial Data

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 3:11 PM ET) -- A European Union court has blocked the EU’s top drug regulator from granting third-party access to clinical trial information from InterMune Inc. and AbbVie Inc. drug approval applications, dealing a blow to its open document access policy, the watchdog announced Tuesday.
