Deutsche Bank Says $330M MBS Suit Filed Too Late

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 5:42 PM EDT) -- A Deutsche Bank AG attorney argued Tuesday that a trustee of a mortgage-backed securities trust had waited too long to sue over $330 million in alleged losses, telling a New York state judge that the clock began running when the deal first closed.
