Titanic Exhibitor Says Firm, Consultant Ripped Off Its Idea

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 7:37 PM EDT) -- A company that runs a Titanic exhibition launched a federal suit Tuesday in Florida alleging Singaporean exhibition and design firm Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. colluded with a former employee to steal its trade secrets and copyrights to design an almost identical Titanic exhibit in Macau.
