Deutsche Bank Settles Temp's FLSA Class Action

Law360, New York (January 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A New York federal judge has discontinued a purported collective action against Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and staffing firm Raymond Michaels Associates over allegedly unpaid overtime wages, now that the parties have reached a settlement.

U.S. District Judge William H. Pauley III on Wednesday ordered a court clerk to close Roland Oyejola's case after the parties reported a settlement in the case. Judge Pauley said the case may be restored if a request is made within 30 days of the order.
