UK Air Quality Doesn't Meet EU Standards, High Court Says

Law360, New York (May 1, 2013, 2:26 PM EDT) -- The U.K. Supreme Court said Wednesday that the country has failed to comply with European Union nitrogen dioxide limits, but delayed immediate action by referring the case to the EU Court of Justice for further review.
