NLRB OKs New Election, Parking Lot Policy In Target Row

Law360, New York (May 1, 2013, 5:58 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board said Tuesday that a union election at a Target Corp. store on New York's Long Island should be reheld, but reversed a finding that Target's policy that workers should report people they don't know loitering in the employee parking area violated labor law.
