No More Guidance To Come On Federal Health Exchange

Law360, New York (May 1, 2013, 6:13 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government isn't planning to release more major guidance on the federally facilitated health exchange, an official said Wednesday, arguing most of the information about the exchange has already been released — a potential blow to states that say they've been waiting for more comprehensive guidance.
