Refiner's Anti-Union Campaign 'Flagrant,' NLRB Judge Says

Law360, New York (May 2, 2013, 6:15 PM ET) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge ruled Monday that Western Refining Inc. ran afoul of federal labor law by maintaining overly broad rules in its employee handbook and launching a "widespread and flagrant" campaign to torpedo a union organizing push.
