Decision Could Complicate Product Warning Labels

Law360, New York (January 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Warning labels could end up looking a lot more like phone books if the California Supreme Court decides that manufacturers should be held liable for failing to notify specialists that certain products pose risks, according to product liability defense lawyers.
