Retailers' CRT Cartel Claims Should Be Pared: Special Master

Law360, New York (May 3, 2013, 9:51 PM EDT) -- The special master in a multidistrict litigation over alleged price-fixing of cathode ray tubes urged a California federal judge Thursday to keep in place federal antitrust claims brought by retailers against several CRT companies but recommended other claims be tossed.
