Aereokiller Threatens Public Programming, 9th Circ. Hears

Law360, Los Angeles (May 3, 2013, 8:09 PM EDT) -- The National Association of Broadcasters and others backed major networks' efforts to stop billionaire Alki David's Aereokiller service from streaming over-the-air shows online, telling the Ninth Circuit on Thursday that Aereokiller's infringing retransmissions of broadcasts threaten the existence of free public programming.
