Rex Energy Unit Can't Dodge Pa. Landowners' Payment Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (May 06, 2013, 3:49 PM ET) -- Landowners who allege they never received promised payments from a Rex Energy Corp. subsidiary for drilling rights beneath their properties can proceed with their putative class action after the Pennsylvania Superior Court ruled Friday that the company had valid contracts with the plaintiffs.
