Pa. Counties Win Power To Ax Jury Commissioner Posts

Tom Corbett signed legislation Monday giving counties the authority to abolish elected jury commissioner posts barely two months after the state Supreme Court struck a similar measure on grounds that it violated the single-subject rule of the Pennsylvania Constitution.
