Hostess Judge OKs Pension Plan Settlements

Law360, New York (May 6, 2013, 6:52 PM ET) -- The winding down Hostess Brands Inc. on Monday won New York bankruptcy court approval for a settlement with a slew of multiemployer pension plans, resolving disputes over contributions to the plans that became due after the company entered bankruptcy.
