McDonald's Accused Of Tampering With Worker Shift Records

Law360, New York (May 07, 2013, 1:46 PM ET) -- McDonald's Corp. and one of its franchisees were hit with a proposed class action in New York federal court Monday alleging that more than a dozen upstate New York McDonald’s restaurants doctored employees’ shift records to shave time off their workdays.
