EEOC Loses Bid To Revive Racial Bias Suit Against Kaplan

Law360, Los Angeles (May 6, 2013, 11:17 PM ET) -- An Ohio federal judge on Monday refused to reconsider the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's two-year dispute over Kaplan's allegedly discriminatory use of credit checks as part of its hiring process, arguing that the agency's appeal contained untimely new arguments that weren't permissible.
