Electrabel Fights Ruling Over €20M Merger Notification Fine

Law360, New York (May 7, 2013, 3:38 PM EDT) -- Electrabel SA has appealed a court ruling that upheld a €20 million ($26.2 million) fine over the company’s failure to alert the European Commission when it took control of a French energy company, according to a notice Saturday in Europe’s official journal.
