Sen. Rips Into ACA Funding As He Drops Hold On CMS Chief

Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, on Tuesday dropped a hold blocking confirmation of a permanent leader of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, but not before firing several parting shots at the Obama administration over diversion of preventive care money for funding of health reform.
