Penn State Denies Firing Sandusky Whistleblower

Law360, Philadelphia (May 8, 2013, 2:43 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania State University said Tuesday that it never fired a former assistant football coach who alleges he was terminated for his grand jury testimony against convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky and school administrators, but rather that his employment contract expired legitimately while he was on leave.
