102 Pa. Lawmakers Introduce LGBT Anti-Discrimination Bill

Law360, New York (May 8, 2013, 3:05 PM EDT) -- Over 100 Pennsylvania lawmakers unveiled legislation Tuesday that is designed to protect the state's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered citizens from employment, housing and financial discrimination.

A combined 102 sponsors — 77 house members and 25 senators — are backing House Bill 300 and its companion Senate Bill 300, which aims to ban employment, housing, credit and public accommodations discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity or expression.
