Law360, Los Angeles (May 8, 2013, 8:38 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a Florida federal court’s judgment in favor of a group of DirecTV master system operators who were sued by Global Communications Inc. for allegedly infringing patents for technologies that permit multiple viewers through a single antenna.
