Ex-Pa. County Officials Want Corruption Convictions Axed

Law360, Philadelphia (May 15, 2013, 3:37 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for two former Pennsylvania county commissioners found guilty in a bribery and extortion scheme in June 2011 told the Third Circuit on Wednesday that flaws in the government’s indictment and an improper cross-examination of one of the defendants warranted a new trial in the case.
