ITC Tells Judge To Review Ruling On Data Patent Suits

Law360, New York (May 13, 2013, 3:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday ordered one of its judges to review his March determination that one of Overland Storage Inc.'s data patents was invalid and that Overland had not shown that BDT FlexStor II's tape storage system infringed its patent.
