EEOC Lays Out Principles For Judging Investigation Quality

Law360, New York (May 13, 2013, 4:13 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission of Friday released draft principles to update the way it evaluates the quality of its investigations and conciliations, another step in its drive to implement a plan to make itself more efficient.

The agency said it is seeking public input on the draft principles, as the final plan adopted by the agency will ultimately be used internally by the agency to evaluate the quality of investigations and conciliations on a national basis.
