Contractors Group Slams EEOC Same-Sex Harassment Claim

Law360, New York (May 13, 2013, 6:26 PM EDT) -- A general contractors trade group on Friday urged the full Fifth Circuit to reject the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's claims that a construction company supervisor's use of gay epithets toward a straight male iron worker constituted sexual harassment.
