Stallone Sunk Cred In 'Expendables' IP Row, 2nd Circ. Told

Law360, Los Angeles (May 13, 2013, 4:51 PM EDT) -- A screenwriter who claims Sylvester Stallone stole his idea for the script to “The Expendables” told the Second Circuit on Friday that Stallone can't be believed because he admitted that his script was partially based on another writer's work after denying the allegation.
