Shipbuilder Takes Fee Fight Against Workers To High Court

Law360, New York (May 14, 2013, 1:49 PM EDT) -- Shipbuilder Austal USA LLC asked the U.S. Supreme Court last week to overturn decisions denying it attorneys’ fees for defending hundreds of civil rights and employment discrimination claims by its workers, many of which were voluntarily withdrawn and frivolous, Austal said.
