GSC Trustee Defends Handling Of Kaye Scholer Ethics Deal

Law360, New York (May 13, 2013, 7:46 PM ET) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing GSC Group Inc.'s New York bankruptcy defended herself Friday from criticism levied over her handling of a recent settlement with Kaye Scholer LLP over alleged ethics violations, blaming a miscommunication with the court.
