Law360, Dallas (May 29, 2013, 4:28 PM EDT) -- A German investment firm on Wednesday told a Texas appeals panel it should be allowed to pursue claims AT&T Inc. owes it $30 million for consulting work it provided to support AT&T’s bid to acquire T-Mobile USA Inc., arguing the telecom giant lied about its agreement to pay.
