7th Circ. Ditches $3.5M Award To Harassed Chrysler Worker

Law360, New York (May 14, 2013, 7:57 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit said Tuesday that a jury's $3.5 million punitive damages award to a Chrysler Group LLC factory worker who faced death threats and harassment from co-workers was unwarranted, reversing a decision the court had reached in August.
