NJ Judiciary To Expand E-Filing To Appellate Division

Law360, New York (May 17, 2013, 9:24 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Superior Court’s Appellate Division on Thursday announced plans to allow criminal and civil appeals to be filed electronically, as the state continues to experiment with e-filing options that could eventually become mandatory across the state.

Joseph H.
